LDW Services currently provides:

• Website Redesign
• Website Maintenance

Additional services may be introduced in the future.

All quotations are provided without obligation. Unless otherwise agreed, they remain valid for 30 days.

Payment terms will always be agreed before work begins.

Projects may require a deposit before development starts.

Remaining balances are due before the final website is transferred or published unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients agree to provide:

• Accurate information
• Website content
• Images and branding assets where applicable
• Feedback within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in receiving required information may affect delivery dates.

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

LDW Services retains ownership of any reusable internal systems, frameworks or development tools used during the project.

While every effort is made to deliver reliable services, LDW Services cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services except where required by law.

Some projects may include services provided by third parties, including hosting companies, payment processors or analytics providers. LDW Services is not responsible for outages or changes made by these providers.
